Pak, Afghan jirgas agree on ceasefire, open Torkham border
TORKHAM – Representatives from Afghanistan and Pakistan reached an agreement to reopen the Torkham border crossing, establish a temporary ceasefire, and halt the construction of disputed border facilities.
