IHC CJ refers plea challenging Judicial Commission decision to another bench
ISLAMABAD – Chief Justice, Islamabad High Court (IHC) Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar on Friday directed the constitution of a new bench to hear a constitutional petition challenging the April 28, decision of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan.
