LHC CJ suspends much-hyped Punjab Property Ownership Act

LAHORE – The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday suspended the provisions of the Punjab Protection of Ownership of Immovable Property Act, 2025, and stayed all proceedings under the Act until further orders.
