Relief given to PTI in SC verdict on reserved seats unconstitutional, ECP tells court
ISLAMABAD – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has taken the position in the Supreme Court that the apex court’s July 12, 2024, verdict declaring PTI eligible for reserved seats exceeded the con-stitutional authority granted under Article 187(1) of the Constitution.
